On Monday 12th November, we came together as a school community to commemorate Remembrance Day with a moving and thoughtfully planned assembly.
The event provided an opportunity for everyone – students, staff, and visitors alike – to reflect on the sacrifices made by countless individuals in the name of peace and freedom. Each class participated in a heartfelt recreation of the laying of wreaths at the Cenotaph, a symbolic act that brought a deep sense of connection and gratitude to the occasion.
The students displayed remarkable respect and solemnity, embodying the spirit of remembrance as they honoured the bravery of those who served. It was a truly touching and meaningful tribute, reminding us all of the importance of this day and the enduring legacy of those we remember.
